Sviatoslav Ivchenko is an entrepreneur and developer with a background spanning construction, architecture, and hospitality. Over more than a decade, he has built, scaled, and operated venues across Ukraine, Germany, and France – each one a different expression of the same conviction.

This is not a brand position. It is a philosophy that preceded the business – and eventually became it.
Hedonist Group was founded as the institutional expression of that philosophy: a hospitality company that treats every project as a design problem, every guest as someone who deserves better than average, and every investment as a long-term commitment to a place and a market.
The portfolio spans Restaurants, cocktail bars, gastrobars, a French tropical cocktail club, a vegetarian ecosystem in Stuttgart, and a technology-driven sushi concept in Montpellier (France) built for worldwide franchise replication. The common thread is not the format. It is the standard.
In 2022, as war came to Ukraine, Sviatoslav relocated to France with his family – a father of four sons, carrying two decades of hospitality experience and a portfolio built across three countries. The next chapter of Hedonist Group is being written here – in the market he considers the most demanding, the most rewarding, and the most aligned with what the group stands for.
